Use this program request form to request a Cornell Health program, speaker, training, or tabling representative.

Student Disability Services (SDS) assists students with physical, medical, mental health, and sensory disabilities to participate fully in the Cornell experience.

SDS staff members are responsible for:

  • Arranging accommodations and services for students with disabilities to ensure that they have equitable access to all that Cornell offers​
  • Working with faculty and campus partners to develop inclusive living and learning environments at Cornell
  • Providing information and advocacy to the Cornell community around disability-related topics

The role of SDS also includes educating the campus community about disability issues, and helping to create and sustain a welcoming, accessible, and supportive environment for all Cornell students.

SDS is a department of Cornell Health, located on Level 5 in the Cornell Health building on Ho Plaza.
